Concerned Peer Request (CPR) Program The CPR Program is Southridge Middle School's Concerned Peer Request
program. The program is a Peer Referral program designed to
work as an avenue for students to report concerns about others
anonymously. Students can find the referrals in their classrooms and in
the Counseling office. All you need to do is fill out the referral and
give it to your teacher (who will give it to your counselor), or give
